Check Settings on Existing Email Accounts
Open Outlook Express and click 'Tools', 'Accounts'.

Click 'Tools' and 'Accounts', Click 'Properties'


Be sure to enter the names of the account:
The Mail Account is the name you'll see in the Outlook accounts list.
Under 'User Information', the 'Name' is the name displayed to people when they receive an email from this account.



Your mail servers, both incoming and outgoing are simply 'mail.yourdomain'.
Your 'Account Name' (also known as 'user name' or 'login') is the same as your entire email address.
Be sure to check the box for 'My Server requires authentication'...



If you can receive, but cannot send mail, you may need to change the outgoing mail port setting to '26'.
